Delete your roomvia account

  • This deletes your roomvia account only. Other apps by 1742 are not affected.
  • Your account is closed immediately.
  • Your remaining data is deleted within 7 days.

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your store settings first.

Can’t sign in? Send a request

If you used the app without signing in, send us your e-mail address and, if you have it, the support code from the app. We reply by e-mail; nothing is deleted before we verify the account.

Delete in the app

  1. Open roomvia and tap the gear on the home screen to open Settings.
  2. Tap Delete account and confirm.
  3. If you signed in with Apple, you may be asked to sign in with Apple once more so that we can revoke roomvia’s access to your Apple Account.

The app then starts a new, empty account on your device and shows the date by which your remaining data is erased.

Delete on this page

  • If you signed in with Apple or Google: sign in above with the same account, complete the security check and tap Delete my account. Your account is closed at once.
  • If you used roomvia without signing in: send the request form with your e-mail address and, if you have it, the support code from Settings → Support in the app. We reply by e-mail within 30 days (usually within 7) to confirm that the account is yours. Nothing is deleted before we have verified it.

What is deleted

  • Your roomvia account. Sign in with Apple is revoked for roomvia; if you later sign in again with the same Apple or Google account, you start a new, empty account.
  • All your designs, uploaded photos, drawn masks and the text you typed.
  • Your Boost balance. Unused Boosts, including Boosts from packs, are lost.
  • Your notification settings, push tokens and notification history.
  • The personal details in your usage records: IP addresses, device details and ad attribution data, including the link between your account and any ad click.
  • Your customer record at RevenueCat, and we ask Google to delete your data from Google Analytics.

Your account stops working immediately; everything above is erased within 7 days.

What we keep

  • Purchase and Boost records: 10 years, in pseudonymised form, because accounting law requires it. Details of purchase events from RevenueCat are kept for 36 months.
  • Crash reports in Firebase Crashlytics: until they are deleted automatically after 90 days.
  • Pseudonymised usage records (sessions, installs, first opens) without IP addresses, device details or ad attribution data, and records of ad conversions already sent, without the link to your ad click. Data already sent to an ad network cannot be recalled.
  • Records of blocked content and reports: for the periods in our Privacy Policy (12 months and 3 years), to prevent abuse. Content reported as involving a minor is preserved for 1 year as the law requires.
  • Support e-mails are not deleted automatically with your account; they are erased after 180 days. Ask us and we delete them sooner.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first: on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, on Android in Google Play → Subscriptions. If a subscription keeps renewing after your account is deleted, you can start using it in a new account with Settings → Restore purchases.
