You can delete your roomvia account and its data on the web.

Writing to us from the app

The quickest way to reach us is from the app: open Settings → Support and tap Send email. The e-mail already contains your support code and a few technical details (app version, device model, language and similar) that help us find the problem. Please keep them in the e-mail. If your device has no e-mail app, write to the address above and include your support code.

Your support code is shown in Settings → Support, for example K7Q2-M9XD.

Subscriptions and purchases

  • Restore purchases: open Settings → Restore purchases. To use your subscription and Boosts on all your devices, sign in with the same Apple or Google account on each of them.
  • Manage or cancel a subscription: on iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, on Android in Google Play → Subscriptions. Removing the app or deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
  • Refunds: purchases are made through Apple or Google, so refunds are handled by them: on the App Store at reportaproblem.apple.com, on Google Play through your Google Play order history.

Where did my designs go?

  • Designs are deleted automatically 90 days after they are created. Using a design again as the base of a new one keeps it for another 90 days.
  • If you used roomvia without signing in and then removed the app or changed devices, your earlier account may no longer be available. Signing in with Apple or Google keeps your account on all your devices.

Notifications

Turn the When my design is ready notification on or off in Settings. To turn off all notifications, use your device settings.

Reporting a design

You can report any of your designs from the app. A reported design is deleted at once.
